Architect of Universidad de Chile and M.S., Real Estate Program, New York University (NYU), USA. He began his career in 1984 as an architect at Richard Meier & Partners in New York, and in 1985 he received the Fullbright scholarship to continue his professional development in Building Design at Cornell University.
In 1987 he joined Kohn, Pederson & Fox Architects (KPF) in NewYork, and in 1990 he opened the first international office of KPF in London. In 1997 he founded Territoria together with Ignacio Salazar.

Graduate in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and graduate in Air & Space Law from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
In 1990 he founded Pérez de Arce, De la Fuente & Salazar, a law firm focused on corporate law, real estate developments and litigation. In 1997 he founded Territoria together with Francisco Rencoret.
