Meet our team
Architect of Universidad de Chile and M.S., Real Estate Program, New York University (NYU), USA. He began his career in 1984 as an architect at Richard Meier & Partners in New York, and in 1985 he received the Fullbright scholarship to continue his professional development in Building Design at Cornell University.
In 1987 he joined Kohn, Pederson & Fox Architects (KPF) in NewYork, and in 1990 he opened the first international office of KPF in London. In 1997 he founded Territoria together with Ignacio Salazar.

Graduate in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and graduate in Air & Space Law from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
In 1990 he founded Pérez de Arce, De la Fuente & Salazar, a law firm focused on corporate law, real estate developments and litigation. In 1997 he founded Territoria together with Francisco Rencoret.

Graduate in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Engineering and Construction Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Worked previously at Arcadis and Salfa Montajes. Started at Territoria in 2014.

Graduate in Architecture from Universidad UNIACC. Started at Territoria in 2010.
Director of Public Affairs
Graduate in Undergraduate and Masters in Architecture from Universidad Central de Chile. Over 20 years in mixed use projects in China, Korea, US and Chile. Started at Territoria in 2013.
Director of DesignLab
Graduate in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). Previous professional experience includes the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, Parque Arauco, and HBC Briones. Has been working at Territoria since 2024.

Graduate in Architecture from Universidad Central, specializing in Technology and Sustainability. Accredited professional LEED AP BD+C and USGBC. Worked previously at KPF (New York and Shanghai). Started at Territoria in 2015.
Head of Architecture and Sustainability
Graduate in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de la Frontera. MBA Universidad de Chile. Worked previously at Agrosuper, Falabella and Hoteles Atton. Started at Territoria in 2019.
Head of Administration and Finance
Industrial Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from University of Chile. Experience working at a corporate innovation accelerator. He has been part of Territoria since 2018.
Head of Innovation
Civil Engineer with a specialization in Environmental Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) and a Graduate Diploma in Managerial Marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, branding, and business development strategies across the media, cultural, and music sectors, with previous roles at TVN and Imagen de Chile.
Head of Marketing and Communications
Designer and Cultural Manager with studies in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability. She has worked in audiovisual production and served as Project Director at Chile’s Cultural Heritage Program, where she led the development of more than 100 projects, including reconstruction initiatives, museums, exhibitions, publishing projects, and performing arts productions. Part of Territoria since 2023.
Head of Content and Programming
Graduate from Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, holding a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy. She has 14 years of experience in the retail industry and has been working at Territoria since 2026.

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holder of a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University. She has worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and at Cariola, Diez & Pérez-Cotapos Ltda. in Chile. With board-level experience at companies including La Polar S.A. and ESSAL S.A., he currently leads Inversiones MC & MC S.A. and serves as Chairman of Feria de Osorno S.A. She is also actively involved with nonprofit organizations and foundations, including Fundación Adolfo Ibáñez, TECHO, and ChileSinCancer.
Lawyer
He has held senior leadership positions at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and PGIM, based in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. He holds degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of São Paulo, Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
