PROJECT IN DEVELOPMENT
NIDO Lucía is a project that brings together science, technology, gastronomy, retail, services, and spaces open to the city.
The project occupies an entire city block in the historic center of Santiago, just steps from Alameda Avenue and the París-Londres neighborhood. It restores a heritage building and house to create new shared workspaces, offices, laboratories, meeting rooms, and spaces for events and activities. It also includes an evolving public program open to the community, focused on content mediation through creation, learning, and experimentation across different formats, including exhibitions, talks, masterclasses, workshops, fairs, and more.
The first phase was completed at the end of 2025, and the tower housing offices and laboratories is now open and operational. The second phase is scheduled to begin at the end of 2026 and will incorporate a market, public spaces, plazas, gardens, and a timber building designed for the innovation ecosystem, with its opening expected by the end of 2029.
