Territoria and the Calvo family purchase iconic plot of land for project for US$160 million

The partners pledged the 9,900 m2 of land belonging to the Ralei company, where they will build a mixed-use complex within a four-year timeframe.

The Territoria group, linked to Ignacio Salazar and Francisco Rencoret, remains active. In partnership with the Calvo Puig group, they will invest more than US$160 million in the iconic plot of land located across from the Military School, on the northeast corner of Av. Vespucio and Presidente Riesco, in the heart of Las Condes, after recently committing to the purchase of said land from the Ralei real estate company.
