The Cushman & Wakefield study highlights how the project aims to become a benchmark for commerce, sustainability, gastronomy, and business in Santiago.

The commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield conducted the study «Nueva Providencia: From Transition to Permanence,» which highlights the vacancy rate of premium or Class A offices in the area, specifically between the Vitacura, Providencia-Apoquindo, and Nueva Providencia-Nueva Tajamar axes.

The document explains that although «Providencia, and especially the area under study, is currently a sector in transition,» the study aims to demonstrate that «there is immense potential for this area of the community to emerge strongly, to cease being a transit point and become a place to stay, work, and connect efficiently, permanently, and sustainably.»

One of the factors contributing to the sector is that «the area’s connectivity is very efficient and will improve even further with underground connections to the metro from the MUT (Metropolitan Transport Network) and with the arrival of the cable car, which will serve as an excellent alternative for getting to and from Ciudad Empresarial in Huechuraba,» explains the Cushman & Wakefield document.

Among the examples of projects set to revitalize the sector, they highlight MUT (Metropolitan Transport Network), which they explain promises to become a benchmark for commerce, sustainability, gastronomy, and business in Santiago.

Regarding new projects in the sector, Polina Salazar, Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, explains that «this type of building stimulates dense and compact urban development, enhancing urban sustainability and generating new central areas that can be better utilized by the real estate sector, uniting not only offices but also commerce and housing in a single building.»

Life is community.

No man is an island. We are a species that depend on each other. We are united by invisible bonds. Not just the bonds between people, but also with our surroundings and ecosystems.
